The capsule pressure gauge uses a capsule as the sensitive element for measuring low pressures. It measures micro-pressure and negative pressure of gases that do not corrode copper alloys and pose no explosion risk. Structural Principle:

The instrument consists of a measuring system (including joints, bellows capsules, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including lever mechanisms, gear transmission mechanisms), an indicating component (including pointers and dials), and a housing (including the case, lining ring, and glass cover). The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the bellows capsule under the pressure of the measured medium. This deformation is transmitted and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed to the gear shaft. It also includes a zero adjustment device for easy zero calibration.

The measuring range of the capsule pressure gauge is -80~60000 Pa, but different capsule pressure gauges should be selected based on different pressure ranges. For pressures in the range of -1000 Pa~60000 Pa, a disc-type capsule pressure gauge is recommended. For pressures around -80 Pa, a rectangular capsule pressure gauge is recommended.
